Cancellation Policy
An order may be canceled prior to shipment; shipment confirmations are sent via e-mail.  Once
shipped, an item may be returned for credit.

Return Policy
Customer Satisfaction is our most important goal. If for any reason you’re not completely
satisfied with your purchase, please return your unworn item within 30 days of delivery for a
full refund.  The only cost to you is the shipping cost – COD’s are not accepted. Original
garment  tags must be attached. NO RETURNS ON WORN GOODS. All refunds will
required an original receipt, packing slip or order number. Please allow 14 days to receive
and process your return. Adjustment to credit  cards are made within two billing cycles.

Shipping Policy
We’ve made our shipping and handling prices and policy as fair as possible, so you benefit
from our low prices plus the convenience of delivery to your door.

For simplification we offer one shipping option, UPS Ground. Generally speaking all orders
ship within a two-week time frame. However, on occasion items are backorder and delivery
can take up to six-weeks. As such, we encourage our customers to order ahead of time to
ensure product delivery when needed.

If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days,
because of varying time availability and shipping locations. We do not charge you extra
shipping for split shipments.

Also, you may occasionally receive a shipment directly from our suppliers. At times the
package slip information is not clear and will not match with your original order number.  You
may call us at any time with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your order,

Where Can I Have My Order Shipped?

Within the U.S., we do not ship internationally.

Shipping to a Different Address

During Checkout, you can overwrite the ship to address pre-filled in the form to ship your
items to a temporary address. To permanently change your shipping address, please
update your personal information.

What type of confirmations should I expect once I’ve placed an order?

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received
your order.

Shipping Cost

Your item(s) will be weighed before it is shipped to you, We use the standard U.P.S. ground
rates(this is why you will not see the shipping cost until you get your invoice with your item
(s)).These rates vary depending on where it is shipping to and the weight of the package.
